公积金如何取消提取 |

法律分析：撤销提取申请方法：
1.通过网上办事大厅(个人版)、手机APP、微信公众号发起的“公积金提取申请”。
2.可通过进入手机APP或微信公众号的信息查询。
3.然后进入提取进度查询”界面撤销提取申请。(注：只能在公积金管理中心未审批前进行撤销操作)
取消提取预约方法：
1.职工通过网上办事大厅(个人版)、手机APP、微信公众号发起的住房公积金“前台提取预约”。
2.可通过进入手机APP或微信公众号的“信息查。
3.再到预约信息查询预约详情”界面取消预约。(注：只能取消预约业务办理日期前的预约申请)
法律依据： 《住房公积金管理条例》 第二十四条 职工有下列情形之一的，可以提取职工住房公积金账户内的存储余额：
（一）购买、建造、翻建、大修自住住房的；
（二）离休、退休的；
（三）完全丧失劳动能力，并与单位终止劳动关系的；
（四）出境定居的；
（五）偿还购房贷款本息的；
（六）房租超出家庭工资收入的规定比例的。
依照前款第（二）、（三）、（四）项规定，提取职工住房公积金的，应当同时注销职工住房公积金账户。
职工死亡或者被宣告死亡的，职工的继承人、受遗赠人可以提取职工住房公积金账户内的存储余额；无继承人也无受遗赠人的，职工住房公积金账户内的存储余额纳入住房公积金的增值收益。
