一、试用期未通过被辞退有赔偿吗
试用期未通过被辞退没有赔偿，在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的，用人单位可以辞退，没有经济补偿。不适宜工作岗位，只有在你不符合录用条件时才可将你辞退，对于不符合录用条件，由公司方负担举证责任；公司方有证据证明其已将录用条件明确告知你；公司方根据录用条件对你进行考核，考核结果是你未达到录用条件；考核结果告知你，并通知与你解除劳动合同。
二、公司辞退十年员工怎么补偿
公司辞退十年员工的补偿是支付10个月工资，经济补偿根据我国劳动法规定，根据劳动年限推定，每干满一年，即补偿一个月劳动工资，10年工龄应当按照10个月劳动工资进行补偿，如果该员工工资高于当地职工工资三倍，则按当地职工平均工资三倍发放。
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十七条经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。六个月以上不满一年的，按一年计算满六个月的，向劳动者支付半个月工资的经济补偿。
三、试用期内辞退不给工资怎么办
试用期内辞退不给工资员工可以找公司进行协商，请求按期支付。如果协商不成的，可以向劳动行政部门举报，由该部门责令公司支付；也可以依法提起劳动仲裁；或者向法院申请工资的支付令。
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条
用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
