民商事仲裁是什么意思
释义
法律分析：民商事仲裁是专门解决在市场经济中合同和其他民事纠纷的机制。仲裁的特点就是高效、便捷。所谓的仲裁，就是指双方的当事人通过订立仲裁的协议，自愿将现在已经发生或者将来可能会发生的争议提交约定的非司法机构的第三方部门居中进行审理并作出具有约束力的仲裁裁决的争议解决制度。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第七条 当事人约定争议可以向仲裁机构申请仲裁也可以向人民法院起诉的，仲裁协议无效。
