民事案件举证期限是多少天 |

民事诉讼法规定，举证期限在开庭前，一般为诉讼期限的终结日。一般情况下，诉讼期限为起诉之日起15日。
法院将认定当事人放弃了该证据。但是，如果当事人需要补充证据，可以向法院提出申请，由法院酌情决定是否允许提交。
提交证据需要满足以下条件：
1、证据必须与案件有关：举证方需要提交与案件有关的证据。证据可以是书证、物证、证人证言、视听资料等；
2、证据必须合法：举证方需要提交的证据必须是合法的，不能违反法律法规的规定；
3、证据必须真实：举证方提交的证据必须真实客观，不能伪造或篡改证据；
4、证据必须及时：举证方应当在规定的期限内提交证据，否则可能会被认定为放弃了该证据；
5、证据必须重要：举证方提交的证据必须对案件的事实认定有重要的意义，是能够影响案件判决的证据。
综上所述，如果在开庭后当事人需要提交证据，需要经过对方当事人同意或者经过法院允许，方可提交。

当事人对自己提出的主张，有责任提供证据。
当事人及其诉讼代理人因客观原因不能自行收集的证据，或者人民法院认为审理案件需要的证据，人民法院应当调查收集。
人民法院应当按照法定程序，全面地、客观地审查核实证据。
