释义	法律分析：可以主张。但是，法院对于逾期利息的诉求一般不予支持。逾期还款利息是指超期支付价款而承担的利息，如果并没有约定劳务费付款期限，则支付逾期利息额诉求难以得到法院的支持。但是，如若双方约定了劳务费的支付期限，则逾期未支付的应当承担利息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
