释义	法律分析：仲裁时效是指权利人向仲裁机构请求保护其权利的法定期限，也即权利人在法定期限内没有行使权力，即丧失提请仲裁以保护其权益的权利。仲裁分为商事仲裁和劳动仲裁两个大类。仲裁时效分为普通仲裁时效和特殊仲裁时效。按照法律规定，普通仲裁时效期间，从知道或应当知道权利被侵害时起算;但是，从权利被害之日起超过20年的，则不予保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第七十四条法律对仲裁时效有规定的，适用该规定。法律对仲裁时效没有规定的，适用诉讼时效的规定。
