释义	法律分析: 获刑2年缓刑3年，是指罪犯被判处有期徒刑二年，但因为符合缓刑的条件，就判处缓刑考验期三年。对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有违反相关规定，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行。《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十三条拘役的缓刑考验期限为原判刑期以上一年以下，但是不能少于二个月。有期徒刑的缓刑考验期限为原判刑期以上五年以下，但是不能少于一年。缓刑考验期限，从判决确定之日起计算。
