释义	在我国若是公诉转自诉的案件是可以撤诉的。自诉人在宣告判决前，可以同被告人自行和解或者撤回自诉。自诉人在宣告判决前撤回自诉的，视为案件从未受理过，被告人无需承担刑事责任。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第二百一十二条人民法院对自诉案件，可以进行调解；自诉人在宣告判决前，可以同被告人自行和解或者撤回自诉。本法第二百一十条第三项规定的案件不适用调解。人民法院审理自诉案件的期限，被告人被羁押的，适用本法第二百零八条第一款、第二款的规定；未被羁押的，应当在受理后六个月以内宣判。
