释义	法律分析: 合伙人在退股时要退还投入的本金是不正确的。由于合伙企业的普通合伙人对合伙企业债务承担无限连带责任，有限合伙人以其认缴的出资额为限对合伙企业债务承担责任。所以合伙人在退伙时应当按照退伙时的合伙企业财产状况进行结算，能退多少取决于结算时财务状况，不一定就是入伙时的本金。退回的也不一定就是货币，也可能是实物。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
