释义	债权人会议可以缺席，但是债权人不参加债权人会议的，可能会对自己的债权实现造成影响。依法申报债权的债权人为债权人会议的成员，有权参加债权人会议，享有表决权。债权尚未确定的债权人，除人民法院能够为其行使表决权而临时确定债权额的外，不得行使表决权。债权人可以委托代理人出席债权人会议，行使表决权。代理人出席债权人会议，应当向人民法院或者债权人会议主席提交债权人的授权委托书。法律依据《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第五十九条
