怎么认定连带共同保证人

法律分析:
只有在合同中约定了每个保证人的责任份额后，每个保证人才承担各自的责任份额，否则，所有保证人承担连带责任，即连带保证人。同一债务有两个以上保证人的，保证人应当按照保证合同约定的保证份额承担保证责任。
法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第六百九十九条
【共同保证】同一债务有两个以上保证人的，保证人应当按照保证合同约定的保证份额，承担保证责任；没有约定保证份额的，债权人可以请求任何一个保证人在其保证范围内承担保证责任。
