释义	法律分析：一般全勤奖指工作日全勤，不包括休息时间。法律依据：《最低工资规定》第十二条工资由计时工资、计件工资、各种津贴和补贴、加班费、奖金和特殊情形下支付的工资组成，在劳动者法定工作时间提供正常劳动的情形下，用人单位支付的工资报酬不得低于当地政府规定的最低工资标准。最低工资不包括加班费、中夜班、高温、低温、矿山井下、有毒有害等特殊环境下津贴和福利待遇。
