释义	法律分析：根据我国民法，效力待定民事行为，又称效力未定民事行为，是指行为成立时，其是有效还是无效尚不能确定，还待其后一定事实的发生来确定其效力的民事行为。效力待定民事法律行为的类型如下： (一)限制行为能力人实施的依法不能独立实施的双务行为； (二)无权代理行为； (三)无权处分行为； (四)欠缺债权人同意的债务移转行为。法律依据：根据《民法典》第503条规定：无权代理人以被代理人的名义订立合同，被代理人已经开始履行合同义务或者接受相对人履行的，视为对合同的追认。
