释义	法律分析：解除竞业限制合同后，双方可以自行协商解除事宜，签署解除协议并支付违约金。但法律上并没有规定解除协议的必要性。如果限制合同已经到期或者没有违约行为，双方可以自行解除，不需要签署解除协议。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合同法》第四十四条合同一方违约，给对方造成损失的，应当依照损失承担赔偿责任。第一百零一条职业道德规范不得违反法律、行政法规的规定。任何组织或者个人不得以违法的方式强制劳动者或者其他人签订劳动合同、竞业限制协议等其他约定。
