释义	离婚后夫妻还需要承担共同债务。夫妻为共同生活或为履行抚养、赡养义务和夫妻共同从事生产、经营活动所负的债务，或者一方从事生产经营活动，经营收入用于家庭生活或配偶分享等所负债务，应认定为夫妻共同债务，离婚时应当以夫妻共同财产清偿。《民法典》第一千零八十九条，离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿;协议不成的，由人民法院判决。法律依据《民法典》第一千零八十九条
