释义	法律分析: 在已经被征收的土地上种植没有补偿。法律规定，在政府征地启动（拟）公告后，被征收土地单位或个人在告知规定的征迁范围内抢栽、抢种各种农作物和林果苗木的，一律不予补偿。《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第十六条房屋征收范围确定后，不得在房屋征收范围内实施新建、扩建、改建房屋和改变房屋用途等不当增加补偿费用的行为；违反规定实施的，不予补偿。房屋征收部门应当将前款所列事项书面通知有关部门暂停办理相关手续。暂停办理相关手续的书面通知应当载明暂停期限。暂停期限最长不得超过1年。
