释义	通常是指工作期满一年后，可以领取第十三个月的工资。一般情况下，13薪就是年底双薪，每年第12个月时，用人单位多向员工发放一个月的薪水;还有个别公司，以12月为一轮，当员工工期满12个月时，发放13薪。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
