重庆的公租房换租申请方式是什么？ |

由于居住过程中人员的增减，重庆公租房管理局开展了换租流程，如一室换二室、二室换单间配套等根据自身情况进行合理变更申请。
1、居住满6-12个月以上才可以办理换租（具体换租时间请以所在小区房管中心规定为准），并且只能同小区换租；如需要换地方请到申请点办理。
2、租赁期间，因结婚、生育、与父母合住等原因承租人数增加的，可以向小区房管中心申请换租户型;
3、因承租人数减少不再符合配租户型标准的，应当在承租人数减少的次月向小区房管中心申请换租户型。
4、换租户型应当符合规定的配租户型标准。

《公共租赁住房管理办法》 第七条 申请公共租赁住房，应当符合以下条件： 1、在本地无住房或者住房面积低于规定标准； 2、收入、财产低于规定标准； 3、申请人为外来务工人员的，在本地稳定就业达到规定年限。 具体条件由直辖市和市、县级人民政府住房保障主管部门根据本地区实际情况确定，报本级人民政府批准后实施并向社会公布。
