释义	深圳人社局有关负责人透露，2012年深圳市最低工资标准自2月1日起调至1500元/月，对以最低工资标准为劳动合同约定的正常工作时间工资的劳动者，其加班工资的计算基数也应相应调整为1500元。加班工资算方法具体为： (一)工作日加班工资=加班工资的计算基数÷21.75天×150% (二)休息日加班工资=加班工资的计算基数÷21.75天×200% (三)法定节假日加班工资=加班工资的计算基数÷21.75天×300% 非全日制就业劳动者的加班工资问题目前法律没有明确规定。
