释义	被征收人在法定期限内不申请行政复议或者不提起行政诉讼，在补偿决定规定的期限内又不搬迁的，由作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府依法申请人民法院强制执行。人民法院裁定准予强制执行的，应当在5日内江裁定送达被拆迁人，同时进行催告，如果催告仍然不搬迁或者交出土地的，申请强制执行，强制拆除前，要将被执行房屋内的物品搬出保存。法律依据:《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二十八条规定：《城市房屋拆迁行政裁决工作规程》第二十条
