释义	分手后一直纠缠一般来说不犯法，但是如果有威胁侵犯了对方的的人身权利和民主权利，破坏婚姻自由，构成犯罪，要依法追究其刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
