释义	法律分析：网上追逃人员是不可以使用护照坐飞机的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民检察院刑事诉讼规则》第二百五十二条人民检察院直接受理侦查的共同犯罪案件，如果同案犯罪嫌疑人在逃，但在案犯罪嫌疑人犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分的，对在案犯罪嫌疑人应当根据本规则第二百三十七条的规定分别移送或者移送不。由于同案犯罪嫌疑人在逃，在案犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪事实无法查清的，对在案犯罪嫌疑人应当根据案件的不同情况分别报请延长侦查羁押期限、变更强制措施或者解除强制措施。
