释义	法律分析: 依据我国刑法的规定，拐卖儿童、妇女的时候，如果对被拐卖的儿童、妇女进行收买的，就会构成刑事犯罪。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十一条收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。收买被拐卖的妇女，强行与其发生性关系的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童，非法剥夺、限制其人身自由或者有伤害、侮辱等犯罪行为的，依照本法的有关规定定罪处罚。
