释义	法律分析：仲裁协议效力异议是指当事人对仲裁庭就案件管辖权的抗辩。当事人通过对仲裁协议效力提出异议可以有效地阻却仲裁程序的启动，从而维护自己的诉权。（当然也不能排除当事人有意拖延仲裁程序的恶意。）法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法解释》第十三条依照仲裁法第二十条第二款的规定，当事人在仲裁庭首次开庭前没有对仲裁协议的效力提出异议，而后向人民法院申请确认仲裁协议无效的，人民法院不予受理。
