释义	夫妻共同债务是指夫妻双方在婚姻关系存续期间，夫妻一方或双方为维持共同生活的需要，或出于为共同生活目的从事经营活动所负的债务。一般来说，作为夫妻共同债务，应当满足两个条件：(一)债务发生在婚姻关系存续期间。(二)借款的目的是满足共同生活或生产经营需要。一方在婚前所欠下的债务，如果借款的目的也是为了满足共同生产、生活的需要，也可以认定为夫妻共同债务。法律依据《民法典》第一千零六十五条《民法典》第一千零六十四条
