是不合法的。男方年龄满22周岁，女方年龄满20周岁，就达到了法定结婚年龄，就可以享受三天的合法婚假。当劳动者提出因结婚请假时，用人单位必须批准，如果员工结婚的年龄比较晚，部分地区还有晚婚假。
