释义	法律分析：确定劳动纠纷的管辖法院，可以根据相关法律的规定，即劳动纠纷当事人双方可以选择由用人单位所在地基层法院管辖，也可以由劳动合同履行地的基层法院管辖。如果双方均不服仲裁裁决的，双方分别向劳动合同履行地和用人单位所在地基层法院提起诉讼的，按照谁先立案谁有管辖权的原则确定管辖法院。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理劳动争议案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第八条劳动争议案件由用人单位所在地或者劳动合同履行地的基层人民法院管辖。劳动合同履行地不明确的，由用人单位所在地的基层人民法院管辖。
