法律分析：
公司盖章就具法律效力了，如果没有盖章的话，就由法定代表人签字。
如果是个人代表公司签，则需要法人代表的授权委托书。
但为防止公司员工未经公司允许擅自使用公司合同，最好还是要有法定代表人签字。
