释义	法律分析：可以重新提起诉讼。但是应该准备好相关证据，并做到按时缴纳起诉费。如果再次逾期缴纳起诉费，可能影响到诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法解释》第二百一十三条原告应当预交而未预交案件受理费，人民法院应当通知其预交，通知后仍不预交或者申请减、缓、免未获批准而仍不预交的，裁定按撤诉处理。第二百一十四条原告撤诉或者人民法院按撤诉处理后，原告以同一诉讼请求再次起诉的，人民法院应予受理。
