释义	法律分析：犯罪地域管辖的规定是刑事案件一般都是犯罪行为发生当地的司法机关就有管辖权，但是根据刑事犯罪活动的实际情况，如果由被告人所在地的法院审判更为合适的话，也可以由被告人所在地的人民法院管辖，对受害者来说，受害者到案发地的公安机关报案就行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二十四条刑事案件由犯罪地的人民法院管辖。如果由被告人居住地的人民法院审判更为适宜的，可以由被告人居住地的人民法院管辖。
