释义	《公司法》没有规定一个人只能当一家公司法人。但《公司法》规定一家公司只能有一个法定代表人。一个公司可以有多个法人代表，但只能有一个法定代表人一个自然人可以担任多个公司的法定代表人。中华人民共和国公司法并没有这方面的限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十三条公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
