授权书盖合同章有效么

合同里的授权委托书盖合同章是合法有效的，首先合同法中没有明确指出必须是公司的公章而不能用合同章代替行事公司的权利，其次公司的委托本身就是一个合同的行为，加盖合同章生效并无法律禁止。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。
依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
