员工离职扣除工装钱合不合法
释义
不合法的。员工的服装系用人单位需为劳动者提供的腊指劳动条件，故此，员工无贺简需承担该笔费用。离职时向辞职员工收取服装折旧费于法无据。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳轮拍配动法》第八十四条 用人单位违反本法规定，扣押劳动者居民身份证等证件的，由劳动行政部门责令限期退还劳动者本人，并依照有关法律规定给予处罚。
