释义	虚假宣传签订的合同无效。我国法律规定,有下列情形之一的,合同无效: (1)一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立合同,损害国家利益; (2)恶意串通,损害国家、集体或者第三人利益; (3)以合法形式掩盖非法目的; (4)损害社会公共利益等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力; (二)意思表示真实（三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
