法律分析:
个人与个人之间不可以签订劳动合同，劳动合同是劳动者与用人单位确立劳动关系、明确双方权利和义务的协议，个人与个人可以签订相应的劳务合同，当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。《劳动合同法》第十六条
劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。
劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
第十二条
劳动合同分为固定期限劳动合同、无固定期限劳动合同和以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同。
