释义	我国劳动法规定加班需要支付加班费，平时加班，如晚上需要支付劳动者1.5倍工资，周末加班需支付劳动者双倍工资，法定节假日需支付三倍工资。 1.加班每日不得超过1个小时，特殊原因下需要延长的每日不得超过三小时，每月不得超过三十六小时。 2.有几种情况加班时间不受限制： 1）发生自然灾害、事故或者因其他原因，威胁劳动者生命健康和财产安全，需要紧急处理的； 2)生产设备、交通运输线路、公共设施发生故障，影响生产和公众利益，必须及时抢修的； 3)法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
