释义	法律分析：有过刑事案件能在公司入职，但法定的特殊职业不能从事。有刑事犯罪“案底”在我国法律中一般指有过刑事犯罪前科的档案记录，而该犯罪档案一般存放至公安部门保存，前科记录不是对任何人都开放的，只有司法机关或者律师在办理刑事案件时，报请有权机关审批后，记录才对外提供。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应当如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。犯罪的时候不满十八周岁被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的人，免除前款规定的报告义务。
