释义	法律分析：不可以，如果合同既约定了违约金，又约定了租房押金，守约方只能二者取其一进行索赔，不能叠加。保证金和违约金可以同时约定，但是在出现合同违约或者是合同不能继续履行时是不能同时适用的，只能由当事人一方进行选择适用，需要注意的是，选择适用保证金还是违约金，应当由当事人中的没有实施违约行为的一方进行，违约方没有选择权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百把十八条当事人既约定违约金，又约定定金的，一方违约时，对方可以选择适用违约金或者定金条款。
