法律分析：投资人需要承担公司亏损。依据相关法律规定，股东履行出资义务后，以出资额为限承担公司的债务，无论是否参与经营，都要以出资额为限承担公司的亏损。如果公司出现损失时，股东承担的责任一般以出资的额度为限，对公司经营过程中的债务不承担连带的责任，除了有虚假或者抽逃出资行为外。

第三条 公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权，公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任。
