国家对丧假的规定

我国对于职工丧假的规定有以下几个，分别是： 1、职工的直系亲属比如父母、配偶和子女死亡的，可以给予职工一到三天的丧假； 2、职工去外地处理丧葬事宜的，可以根据职工路程的远近再给予路程假期； 3、职工进行丧假时单位仍然支付职工工资。

劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。

工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
