释义	法律分析：个人债务只是一个人，在法律上一般情况不会连累家人，具体要跟据当时借款的时候所签订的合同的违约条款以及欠债不还条款的规定来执行，如果条款内容规定欠债人的亲人有责的的话，那么，欠债人的亲人就跟这笔债为有关系，具体情况还要根据合同条款里的规定来执行。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》二百四十四条，被执行人未按执行通知履行法律文书确定的义务，人民法院有权查封、扣押、冻结、拍卖、变卖被执行人应当履行义务部分的财产。但应当保留被执行人及其所扶养家属的生活必需品。采取前款措施，人民法院应当作出裁定。
