释义	产假一般从分娩前半个月至产后两个半月，晚婚晚育者可前后长至四个月，女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。2011年11月21日，国务院法制办公室全文公布《女职工特殊劳动保护条例（征求意见稿）》，拟将产假由90天增至14周，生育流产医疗费用由单位支付。2012年4月18日，国务院常务会议审议并原则通过《女职工劳动保护特别规定（草案）》。草案将女职工生育享受的产假由90天延长至98天，并规范了相关待遇。法律依据深圳市生育保险条例全文
