释义	法律分析：根据我们国家的集体法律规定而言，试用期2个月，可以签一年以上的劳动合同，但是不能签一年以下的劳动合同，试用期是劳动合同期限中的一段特殊的工作期间。在这段期间内，用人单位和劳动者都有较便捷的的权利。但是这段期间的认可有形式的底限。同一用人单位与同一劳动者只能约定一次试用期。法律依据：劳动合同法第十九条规定：劳动合同期限三个月以上不满一年的，试用期不得超过一个月；劳动合同期限一年以上不满三年的，试用期不得超过二个月；三年以上固定期限和无固定期限的劳动合同，试用期不得超过六个月。
