婚假有薪假为几天 -结婚登记

法律分析：
1、按法定结婚年龄女20周岁，男22周岁结婚的，可享受3天婚假。
2、符合晚婚年龄女23周岁，男25周岁的，可享受晚婚假15天含3天法定婚假。
3、结婚时男女双方不在一地工作的，可视路程远近，另给予路程假。
4、在探亲假探父母期间结婚的，不另给假期。
5、婚假包括公休假和法定假。
6、再婚的可享受法定婚假，不能享受晚婚假。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
