释义	合伙人是指以资产参与投资组成企业的组织或个人。合伙人有接受监督和检查的义务，合伙的企业或者是项目经营的好坏，是直接对合伙的利益息息相关的。合伙人和其他的合伙人债务都是有责任的，并且合伙人推举的负责人以及经营的活动范围，都是需要承担民事责任的，而且合伙人对其他合伙人因为亏损或者其他的事情产生的债务，是有偿还债务义务的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第三十九条合伙企业对其债务负责，应先以其全部财产进行清偿。合伙企业财产不足清偿到期债务的，各合伙人应当承担无限连带责任。
