释义	侵犯公民通信自由案（刑法第一百四十七条）隐匿、毁弃或者非法开拆他人信件，侵犯公民通信自由权利，具有下列情形之一的，应予立案；1．隐匿、毁弃或者非法开拆他人信件，次数较多或数量较大的；2．隐匿、毁弃或者非法开拆他人信件，致使他人工作、生活受到严重妨害或身体、精神受到严重损害的；3．非法开拆他人信件、涂改信中内容，或者张扬他人隐私、侮辱他人人格、破坏他人名誉的；4．隐匿、毁弃或者非法开拆他人信件，造成其他严重后果的。
