释义	被代理人撤销权的行使必须满足以下条件：(1)必须在被代理人作出追认之前作出，如果被代理人已经对合同作出追认了，那么合同产生了效力，合同相对人就不能撤销其意思表示了。(2)相对人在无权代理人签订合同时必须是善意的，也即是，相对人在订立时，并不知道对方是无权代理人。如果明知对方是无权代理人而仍与对方签订合同，那么相对人就无权撤销其意思表示。(3)撤销应当以通知的方式作出。
