死刑一定要经过死刑复核吗？

法律分析：
死刑案件判决后，必须经过复核程序核准。刑法规定，死刑除依法由最高人民法院判决的以外，都应当报请最高人民法院核准。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第二百三十六条 中级人民法院判处死刑的第一审案件，被告人不上诉的，应当由高级人民法院复核后，报请最高人民法院核准。高级人民法院不同意判处死刑的，可以提审或者发回重新审判。高级人民法院判处死刑的第一审案件被告人不上诉的，和判处死刑的第二审案件，都应当报请最高人民法院核准。
