释义	不属于累犯。缓刑考验期间，则原判的刑罚尚没有执行完毕，不符合《刑法》第六十五条刑罚执行完毕的规定的，所以在缓刑期又犯罪的，不是累犯。另外，根据《刑法》第七十七条之规定，被宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内犯新罪的，应当撤销缓刑，立即收押，并对新犯的罪作出判决，把前罪和后罪所判处的刑罚进行数罪并罚。
