释义	共同借款人在银行贷款业务中普遍存在，一般而言在借款合同中借款人一栏共同签字的即为共同借款人。共同借款人可以是所购买房屋的共有权人，也可以是符合贷款要求的其他自然人。房屋的共有权人作为共同借款人，由于其共有权人与共同借款人的趋同性，较好理解。但其他自然人由于各种因素，也会作为共同借款人。法律依据：根据《民法典》第667条规定：借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
